​The two-storey house is located on the southeastern side of Rhodes on sloping ground overlooking the sea. These two elements determined the layout and the architecture of the building.

The northwest side of the building opens to the sea, while a part of the southeast face sinks into the ground according to the slope of the ground, making the house almost invisible to the road.

The linear growth of the residence has placed all the spaces, both day and night, along the longitudinal axis and horizontally towards the slope of the plot, ensuring a seamless view from all the places to the sea.
