The plot has an area of ​​10 acres and is located in South Rhodes. The project includes eight dwellings each with its own surrounding area and its own swimming pool.

The architectural composition and the siting of the dwellings were based on the particular features of the plot, the elevation, the view, the orientation and the local climate, as well as the functional needs of the people who live in the dwellings mainly during the summer months.

​The five cave dwellings are located in the western part of the plot. The architects took advantage of the inclination of the natural soil so that the five dwelling dwellings only show a visible appearance. Their construction was made under the level of natural soil, with an intervention and complete restoration to its original form.
